Day 1 Pickup from kigali and  transfer to Bwindi 

Day 1 of 3 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation, if you are in Kigali, I recommend taking a short Kigali City Tour. Experience the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Site, where you will gain profound insights into the tragic 1994 Rwandan Genocide, which resulted in the tragic loss of over a million lives within a matter of days. Enjoy a midday meal in the city of Kigali before embarking on a journey to the Southern  part Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. When traveling across the Cyanika Border, you will make a stop at the Twin Lakes of Bulera and Ruhondo. Proceed beyond the Mgahinga Gorilla National Park, and on a day with good visibility, you will have the opportunity to capture stunning photographs of the three Virunga Mountains: Sabinyo, Muhabura, and Gahinga Mountains. Proceed to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park located in the southwestern region of Uganda.

If the pickup location is either Kampala or Entebbe, then the trip destination is Bwindi Forest. Take a break at the Equator to get some shots. Enjoy a midday meal in Mbarara, a region renowned for its abundant dairy products and sweet nectar. Proceed to Bwindi and arrive in the evening. The journey commences at 8:00 AM in Uganda.

Day 2:  Gorilla Habituation Experience in Bwindi Forest (Rushaga sector)

Day 2 of 3 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation, your guide will pick you up following an early morning meal and transport you to the Rushaga Checkpoint in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Receive a comprehensive briefing on the proper behavior and guidelines for the gorilla habituation experience, including the dos and don’ts, as well as how to conduct oneself when in the presence of gorillas in their natural habitat. Under the guidance of the UWA Ranger Guide, embark on a trek into the dense and impassable jungle in search of critically endangered mountain gorillas. The duration of the Gorilla Habituation Experience varies between 6 and 10 hours, contingent upon the mobility of the mountain gorillas in the forest. Tracking entails ascending steep and densely wooded hills until eventually encountering the gorillas concealed among the undergrowth. During your encounter with the mountain gorillas, you will have the opportunity to spend 4 hours in their presence, engaging in observation and capturing photographs. Move back to your lodge for an overnight stay after gorilla habituation experience.

Day 3 transfer back to Kigali

On the last day of 3 Days Bwindi Gorilla Habituation, Following breakfast, start a journey back to either Kigali or Kampala. Transportation services are available for convenient airport departure.
