Day 1: Kigali-Nyungwe Forest National Park (Stop over at Murambi)

Upon your arrival at Kigali airport meet our company representative and Exchange greetings, thereafter Transfer to Nyungwe forest with stopover at Murambi genocide memorial to Experience the massacre information of Rwandese who lost their lives. Lunch en-route, and after transfer to the Forest and have dinner and Overnight at Nyungwe Hill top lodge.

Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking- Canopy walk

Chimpanzee Tracking NyungweAfter breakfast meet at the park offices for briefing about the forest and the primates, enter into the forest searching for the Chimpanzee tracking and as you look for the Chimps expect to spot other primates like the white, vervet Monkeys, red tailed monkeys and variety of birds. Have Lunch and thereafter enjoy the Canopy walk in the forest.  Return to lodge for Dinner and overnight, meal plan: F/B.

Day 3: Natural walk (Water fall)

The Waterfall Trail is a stunner of a hike and one of the highlights of Nyungwe. It starts from the Gisakura side of the park and takes three to five hours. The trail winds up and down steep hillsides through primeval looking ‘Hollywood’ style rainforest where the trees are festooned in vines and the air is heavy and damp. The highlight is a remote waterfall, where you can take a shallow dip. Dinner and overnight at Gisakura guest house.

Day 4: Colobus Monkey Tracking-Kigali

Very early in the morning go for Colobus monkey tracking in Nyungwe, enjoy then jumping around the tree tops. From Tracking, have lunch and then the guide will drive you back to Kigali to your hotel.
