Day 1: Pick and transfer to your hotel
On arrival, you will be met by our company representative who will transfer you from the Airport to your hotel in Arusha where you will stay the night.
Being a capital, Arusha is a busy town bustling with activities by the locals as well as tourist. Feel at ease to set your pace for exploration being you are on a self-drive safari.

Day 2: Transfer to Tarangire national park
Well-rested from the flight. Have a breakfast at the hotel and set off for Tarangire national park. Being conveniently located near Arusha, Tarangire national park is a must visit national park on a Tanzania self-drive safari. The game viewing tracks and public facilities are well signposted therefore there is no need to worry.
Tarangire national park is famous for having the largest concentration of elephants in the world and this is clearly evident especially during the dry season.

Game Drive in Tarangire National Park – Tanzania
Day 3: Tarangire national park- Karatu
Wake up for a breakfast then head out for a game drive or you can opt to enjoy your morning relaxing at the lodge. Later, set out for Karatu where you will stay the night at a located closely located to the Ngorongoro conservation area.

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
Unmatched safari experience in the Ngorongoro crater. Today you will enjoy a full day rewarding game viewing experience in the Ngorongoro crater. While in the Ngorongoro, you will have a very high chance of seeing the Africa’s Big 5 in one day.
After fully immersing yourself in the beauty of the Ngorongoro crater, drive out at sunset to the lodge where you will stay the night.

Day 5: Transfer to Serengeti national park
After a breakfast at the lodge, set out for the Serengeti plains for where you will enjoy countless game drives in these plains rattling with wildlife.

Day 6 & 7: Full exploration of Serengeti national park
Massive number of grazing animals both preys and predators such as wildebeest, zebras, gazelles, lions, cheetah, leopards, buffalos, elephants, among others. The interaction between the different species in these vast dotted plains provide the best game viewing opportunities.

Day 10: Transfer to Lake Manyara national park
After an early breakfast, drive to Mto wa mbu, a village close to Lake Manyara national park. En route enjoy a last game drive in the Serengeti plains. Spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at the lodge.

Day 11: Full day exploration of Lake Manyara national park
Being one of the smallest national parks in Tanzania so 1 game drive is just enough. This park also offers birding and guided walking safaris. Keep a look out for the flamingo point. You can make this a full game drive or a short game drive then spend the rest of the afternoon relaxing at the lodge.

Day 12: Return to Nairobi
After a restful night, have a breakfast at the lodge then drive back to Arusha Airport or Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will hand over the car.
